- Performance to be determined from Chase Lumber's sales records for all items purchased and paid for (not shipped) between January 1 and December 31 of the current year.
-A minimum sales level of $12,000 per year is required to participate. -If minimum points (12,000) go unattained more than a 1 year, all points may be locked or forfeited - No one under 21 years of age permitted to participate. - Award points have no cash value and are not transferable to other participants. - All awards once redeemed are considered income and are subject to personal taxation. - Customer's account must be within terms to redeem awards. Customers who are not within terms will be removed from the award program and will fortfeit all points earned.
